Janay is the owner of Gem in Eye Beauty Bar. She is a Maryland state licensed esthetician who has been working in the salon and spa industry for over 10 years. She is proficient in lashes, waxing, and facial services. Janay is one of the few certified xtreme lash stylist in the Annapolis area. She takes pride in making sure her Gems are well taken care of and leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and fabulous.

Katrice is a Maryland State Board Licensed Esthetician and one of the few Xtreme Lash certified lash stylist in Annapolis. She is skilled in all things skin. Being able to work one-on-one with her clients allows her to design customized services and lash styles. Her passion is teaching her clients how to care for and love every inch of them, starting with their skin.
