Cancellation And No Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to the Gem In Eye team, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rebooking appointments.  

 

Cancellations or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice may result in refusal of service or with the following charges at the providers discretion:

 

1st Cancellation/No Show, It is on Us! We all get busy and forget.

2nd Cancellation/No Show, 50% of the scheduled service will be due. 

3rd Cancellation/No Show, 100% of the scheduled service will be due.

 

Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you.
